Come 2025, the stable version of ChatGPT was released, and we realized the gateways to our envisioned world were finally open. We started exploring the nuts and bolts of AI to devise a solution for one of our problems. The interesting twist happened when we told friends and family — they loved the idea and said it would be useful for them on a daily basis.
We gathered the data, further trained and fine-tuned it, and branded it as our very first AI product — the world's first AI Islamic assistant, named WAZEER.

CyberCradle provides digital services including AI Agent Development, RAG Development, Fine-Tuning, Gen AI Diagnostic Reviews, AI Strategy Consulting, AI Training & Workshops, and AI Integration & APIs. Each project is customized according to the client's needs. Specific project details, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon mutually before commencement.
Offers made through order forms are valid for 4 weeks. If not signed and returned within this period, the offer is deemed void. Upon acceptance, the client is bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Payment shall be made in two installments: 50% upon acceptance and 50% after project completion and delivery. Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable VAT unless specified otherwise.
Changes or additional requirements after signing must be requested in writing. Additional costs will be communicated before implementation. Updated order forms must be signed to confirm acceptance.
The client must provide all necessary information and materials promptly. The client is solely responsible for using delivered services at their own risk, including ensuring adequate security measures such as password management, data protection, and regular software updates.
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership and IP rights of the delivered project. CyberCradle reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
CyberCradle strives to ensure service availability but is not liable for interruptions due to factors beyond its control. Upon delivery, the client assumes full responsibility for maintaining and securing the delivered product. CyberCradle's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
The initial 50% payment is non-refundable. Once delivered, cancellations are no longer accepted and the remaining 50% is due within 14 days. Until final payment, CyberCradle retains full ownership. Consumers may withdraw within 14 days per § 355 BGB.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
CyberCradle processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This obligation remains in effect after contract termination.
CyberCradle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
